Welcome to the Nar-Anon Midwest Region Website

The Midwest Region represents Nar-Anon Family Groups in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri and Wisconsin.  Our Nar-Anon Family Groups deal with the very real and growing problem of addiction and its impact on the family.  If someone you love suffers from addiction, come and join us in learning to live a different way.

FINDING A MEETING

If you are interested in finding a meeting, please go to the Meetings pages. They are shown by state and also major metropolitan areas.

SERVICE OPPORTUNTIES

If you are interested in any services positions within the midwest region, you can view our service opportunities on our Nar-Anon World Services information page.

EVENTS

There are many events that are held online.  These events are for all Nar-Anon members or for those wanting support.  View the Events/Assembly page for more info.

Plan to attend the Seventh Tradition House Party on June 1st, 2024!  The Seventh Tradition is regularly mentioned though not often discussed. At this event, we’ll go deeper into its meaning, how we apply it, and what opportunities are available to enrich our fellowship and ourselves even more.

Go to Calendar/Events to view all of the scheduled activities for the Midwest Region.  On this page, you will find scheduled conference calls, Nar-Anon Conventions and other activities.  To show scheduled meetings, use the ‘Categories’ drop-down to toggle between Midwest states or a particular metropolitan area.

ABOUT NAR-ANON

If you are interested in finding out what Nar-Anon is about or wondering if Nar-Anon would help you, please visit the About Nar-Anon page and related documents.  This section includes Member Stories , where members share what Nar-Anon has done for them.  Also included in this section are the Principles of Nar-Anon.

REGIONAL RECORDS

A Regional Records section is included so member groups can access specific records such as GSR Conference Call Meeting Minutes and Financial Records along with other documents.  Some of these sections are password protected.  The password can be found at the bottom of every GSR Conference Call Agenda or the GSR Conference Call Meeting Minutes that are sent to each group.

12 STEP CLASS

If you are interested in working the 12 Steps, there are a couple of classes starting in October, 2022.  More information can be found by clicking on Virtual Step Class
